Forster Barnes
Over 27 years in the mobile crane, hoisting & rigging industry as Operating Engineer, Project Manager and Consultant. Forster joined OCC's training staff as mobile crane operations instructor. While in this industry his work has taken him to all 50 states and seven countries around the world. He is an NCCCO Certified Operator as well as NCCCO Certified Practical Examiner for large and small hydraulic cranes, NCCER Certified Mobile Crane Instructor, NCCER Certified Rigging Instructor, ComTrain Certified Instructor in Tower Climbing Safety & Rescue for two separate companies, a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 627 for 24 years and a member of the National Task Force Committee in the development of the new NCCCO Certification Program for Signalperson in the mobile crane industry. |

Troy Rouse
Troy’s construction experience includes 10 years as a heavy combat engineer in the U. S. Army serving in the United States, Europe and South America. He has worked in underground utilities and sub-division prep work. Troy started his own training company in Michigan where he served on the Michigan OSHA Advisory board. Troy is certified as an OSHA Construction Outreach Trainer and is certified by the National Utility Contractors Association (NUCA) as a Trenching and Shoring Competent Persons Instructor. Prior to joining OCC, Troy was employed in Iraq by Kellogg, Brown and Root as a Heavy Equipment Trainer. He is a certified trainer for OSHA 10 and 30 as well as heavy equipment including industrial and rough terrain forklift. Troy is a National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) certified instructor in Heavy Equipment Operations. |

Jason Page
Jason has 19 years of construction experience including heavy equipment and crane operations. He has been involved in the construction of power plants and paper mills. He has experience in commercial, industrial and residential civil construction with supervisory experience. Jason served 4 years in the US armed forces and is certified as a Heavy Equipment Operations Instructor by the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER). He is also certified in Standard and Adult CPR. |

Patrick Carruthers
After serving honorably for 20 years as a Navy Seabee Patrick retired and joined OCC's training staff as a heavy equipment operations instructor. During his military career he served as a heavy equipment operator and also gained valuable knowledge and skills in other crafts such as electrical, steelwork, plumbing, diesel mechanic, building construction and surveying. Patrick is an NCCER certified heavy equipment operations instructor. |

Scotty Gecks
Scotty has a BA in Psychology from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. He is certified by the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) as a Master Trainer and Heavy Equipment Operations Instructor. Scotty began his career in construction in 1964 with Halliburton in Duncan, Oklahoma. His experience includes inland and offshore oilfield construction, utility, and civil construction. |

Marita Bernardy
BA in Marketing, over 15 years of vocational training experience. Marita oversees the admissions department and is also responsible for the loan application and submission processes of the college. In her spare time her hobbies include painting and gardening. |

Alexis Willis
Alexis has over 10 years of marketing and customer service experience. She is currently working on a degree in biology at OSU-OKC. As an Admissions Specialist she is the first person a potential student talks with. She is here to answer any questions a student might have and start the enrollment process. It’s quick and easy and the first step towards a brighter future. In her spare time Alexis likes to read, cook and exercise.

Gail McCraw
Over 30-years secretarial experience which includes 20 years spent in the engineering and manufacturing department for a worldwide manufacturer of equipment for the oil and gas industry. She has also worked in the legal, banking, accounting and public utility fields. Gail serves as Administrative Specialist in our Training and Placement Departments. |

Suzanne Constien
AAS in Business Management, over 16 years of vocational training experience. Suzanne works exclusively with the various government agencies and Native American Tribes in each state that assist individuals with retraining services, including WIA, TAA, VA, DRS, Vocational Rehab. If you have lost your job as the result of a lay-off or downsizing then she is the person to contact. |

Casey Reed
Currently working toward BS in Business Administration, several years of customer service and administrative experience. Admissions Specialists provide training program information to interested individuals and assists them with the application process. If an applicant meets our enrollment requirements the Admissions Specialist forwards their application to the finance department.
Casey enjoys educating potential students about the career they have always dreamed of but never had the chance to enjoy. She feels it is her personal responsibility to open the door to a new professional life for our potential students. |
